Cigna Policy Change – Effective May 23, 2023

Dear Patient,

We recently sent you a letter informing you of an impending change with Cigna, your health insurance provider.  Due to tremendous pushback from the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Medical Association and the Tennessee Dermatological Society; as well as other entities acting on your behalf and the behalf of all private medical practices, Cigna has indefinitely delayed the cumbersome requirements that were going to be imposed upon health care providers. Therefore, at this time, our practice will continue to remain in Network with your current Cigna plan.
