Alle is Changing….  

If you haven’t heard already, the ALLE awards program is changing (effective October 1, 2024) and The Laser Center at Tri-Citie Skin & Cancer has to change with it. 

What are these Changes:

Beginning October 1st, Alle, the rewards program you have come to depend on to help you save $20, $40, and in some cases even more on your Botox or Juvéderm treatments will shift to a “points for products” system rather than receiving a direct dollar savings amount.

Please be patient with us as we too have to navigate this change.  We unfortunately don’t control the Alle program; we simply offer it as a benefit to you, our valued patients. 

Allergan is evolving how Alle members use their points to offer rewards of higher value.  Members will save their points to use on a range of product offers, from injectable treatments to skincare products – supporting them in discovering new treatments and continuing their aesthetic journey in an Alle practice. 

Their goal is to increase patient engagement and lifetime value by creating more incentivizing rewards, greater patient loyalty and more meaningful transactions. 

What Stays the Same

1.  Point earnings, gift cards, dollars-off promotions, Flash, Refer a Friend, Payment Plans all remain the same for Alle Members.
2. Opportunities for point bonuses throughout the year.
3. A- List Members can continue to redeem points for cash.
4. A-Listers will continue to receive “surprise and delight” moments. 

What Changes:

1. Product Reward – Members can redeem points for an Alle product reward (1x/year for general, 2x/year for A-List).
   • Now, the entire portfolio of JUVEDERM family of fillers will be available in the program’s redemption plan at 1,000 points each. 
   • SKINVIVE will be available for redemption at 900 points.
2. Fees – Members redeeming points will be directed to talk with their aesthetics provider to ensure they are an eligible candidate for the desired product reward (prior to redemption), will be subject to a fee (eg, consultation, practice and/or add-on), payable to the provider at the time of treatment, and be required to acknowledge both of these within the Alle platform before redeeming.
3. A-List Updates – The A-List threshold will remain at 1,200 points through the end of the year and move to 1,500 points in 2025.
4. CS Updates – We’re updating point earnings for CoolSculpting, CoolSculpting Elite, and CoolTone from per cycle earnings, to per visit, and Alle Members will now earn a set number of points per visit.
